Car lasted less than 24 hours. I bought a little VW polo recently. Kas, who I assume was the owner was very polite when I arrived, then when I noticed a lot of issues with the car not mentioned he became quite rude and pushy. We negotiated a price and at the time I was reasonably happy. Within 24 hours the car broke down and been quoted about 80% of the cars value to repair. Furthermore I was informed even though the car was sold with 12 months MOT it was actually in an unroadworthy condition. I got in contact with Kas and he is now not responding.

Mk best car deals are excellent and there service and prices are very good. After reading the terms and conditions of MK best car deals I wasn’t sure that I should buy a car from them which was spares & repairs under £2500 with no guarantee. I was in kind of a doubt however I went and purchased a corsa which was £1500 cheaper to were I had seen it from another dealer which was very good and I was impressed. I have had the car now for almost 5-6 weeks and drives perfect with no faults or any problems. I must say Mk best car deals are brilliant. Kas has been excellent and service has been superb. I would recommend all other customers to them. Great service / Great pricing / Great staff & friendly Thank you so much Mk best car deals.

I’m really pleased with my experience, I don’t normally write reviews but I always read them and Kas, the gentleman who helped me, deserves it. I got an excellent deal, I’m very happy with my car, the quality and the price, everything worked out very well. Kas is great, really helpful and trustworthy. Avoid

I had hoped to avoid writing this before the matter was fully resolved, however I was reluctant to wait in the hope this review may stop you purchasing a car through MK best car deals.They advertise their cars under £2500 as spares or repair, however if you speak to them they say the cars are mechanically fine and they do this purely to protect themselves from any come back. When you purchase a car they’ll also bully you and insist you sign a disclaimer with words to that effect and can become rude if you refuse - which I suggest you do. I purchased a car through them in July 2023 which was advertised at £1650, I was told on the phone the car was mechanically perfect and had a full service history. After the 1.5 hour drive to view the car the service history was missing several services and was overdue a service by circa 5k miles. When I explained this to them they basically tried to fabricate their own service interval for cars not the one recommended by the manufacturer in an attempt to advertise them as full service history. We took the car for a test drive and the salesman became rude and obstructive when we attempted to take it further than about 1 mile. The price was negotiated based on the car being falsely advertised and requiring a service, however, I foolishly went along with the purchase at a price of £1400 - please note for this price I do not expect a perfect car, just one that actually works and is sold as advertised. We got less than 5 miles away when we stopped to fuel the car and the engine management light (EML) illuminated. A further 10 miles down the road and the car entered limp mode on the dual carriageway and put us in a dangerous position. I informed Mk cars that evening of the issues but was ignored.I took the car to an independent VW specialist who plugged it in to their diagnostic equipment and informed me the EML had be reset before we purchased the vehicle and the garage would of be 100% aware of this fault. They informed me it takes 3 ignition cycles for it to light up, hence why it done it after fuelling. They had the car for several hours and diagnosed it as requiring a new injector wiring loom and a new turbo (due to a faulty waste gate actuator). This was quoted at £1100 to repair (obviously not feasible).I contacted MK cars and again was again ignored. MK cars may well respond to this review full of fictitious information. However you have to ask yourself, I have nothing to gain by writing this review or lies, yet they have a lot to gain by writing a false response.Regardless of the price of the car, or however polite they may be on the phone at that initial contact. I implore you to avoid these at all costs. I am £1400 out of pocket.

Brilliant car buying experience! Would def recommend them

Absolutely wonderful used car purchase experience! I don't think I'm alone in being terrified to buy an older used car. The horror stories of Facebook marketplace and shady people. So I tried to stick with a dealer that had great reviews and MK did not disappoint! Kizer was so lovely and answered my far too many questions. I wasn't able to make it up to view the car so he kindly did a video tour with me. He agreed to let me to pay for a new MOT and put down a deposit as well as helped me set up shipping. The shipper was going to be delayed by a week so he kindly worked out driving it themselves down to me. Kizer was kind even days after and answered questions I had after the car was dropped off and helped me work out a few things. Please consider purchasing from them it's definitely worth the lack of stress in your car search. Especially if you're buying sight unseen!
