We perched a car from this place and it was not till we got home we noticed sill damage and the front bumper had been replaced and painted the wrong colour and it didn’t fit properly.i rang him and said that we were not happy with the car and can we return it and cancel he said that he would take the car back no problem.after a few days we got a call from the lender to say that we dumped the car and he will not take it back.I wouldn’t trust him and would never buy a car from him again.had to wait nearly two weeks to get the holding deposit back and still not got the log book avoided this dealer

We are aware of who you are and whilst we encourage all our customers to leave a review we believe that the review should be truthful and reflect the full audit of events to enable future customers to be able to make an informed decision. Prior to purchasing the vehicle you attended our dealership with your wife and daughter and spent a considerable amount of time inspecting the vehicle. Thankfully our dealership is fitted with CCTV and we have it on record of your inspection of the vehicle. Upon deciding that you were happy with the vehicle you elected to purchase the vehicle with the assistance of finance. Following purchase you contacted us to advise that the vehicles sill was damaged and the bumper was a different colour. As part of our usual customer service we immediately investigated your complaint and noted that we had made you aware of the dent in the sill at the point of sale and it was recorded down in writing on your pre-delivery inspection report as part of the handover process. In relation to the bumper we explained that very often on older cars you get a slight colour discrepancy between the bumper and the vehicle panels and the reason for this is the bumper is plastic and the vehicle panels are metal. As such they fade slightly differently over time but given you inspected the vehicle pre-sale we believe such a minor issue would have been evident during your inspection. Being unhappy with the outcome of your complaint, you then complained to the finance company and we provided to them a copy of our complaints procedure and outcome as well as a copy of the CCTV to show that the amount of time you spent inspecting the car and that you were aware of the condition of the vehicle. We understand that following their investigation they arrived at the same outcome as ourselves and they declined your complaint. You have then decided to leave us a negative review. Excellent, friendly service. Car was presented in lovely condition. On test drive, one of the door locks was not working but was fixed promptly before I collected the car. I have now had the car for 1 month and had no problems. Would definitely buy from this dealer again.

Car lasted less than 24 hours. I bought a little VW polo recently. Kas, who I assume was the owner was very polite when I arrived, then when I noticed a lot of issues with the car not mentioned he became quite rude and pushy. We negotiated a price and at the time I was reasonably happy. Within 24 hours the car broke down and been quoted about 80% of the cars value to repair. Furthermore I was informed even though the car was sold with 12 months MOT it was actually in an unroadworthy condition. I got in contact with Kas and he is now not responding.

Mk best car deals are excellent and there service and prices are very good. After reading the terms and conditions of MK best car deals I wasn’t sure that I should buy a car from them which was spares & repairs under £2500 with no guarantee. I was in kind of a doubt however I went and purchased a corsa which was £1500 cheaper to were I had seen it from another dealer which was very good and I was impressed. I have had the car now for almost 5-6 weeks and drives perfect with no faults or any problems. I must say Mk best car deals are brilliant. Kas has been excellent and service has been superb. I would recommend all other customers to them. Great service / Great pricing / Great staff & friendly Thank you so much Mk best car deals.
